If, for any genuine reason, your purchase isn't the right fit, we offer a 5-day return window from the date your order is delivered, subject to the terms mentioned below.
Return Eligibility
A product can be considered for return only if all of the following conditions are fulfilled:
- The return request is submitted within 5 calendar days from the delivery date.
- The jewellery has not been worn, resized, altered, repaired, damaged or used.
- The product is returned in its original condition along with its original packaging.
- The original invoice, jewellery certificate(s), authenticity documents and all accessories received with the order are returned.
- Any complimentary gift, promotional item or free product received with the purchase must also be returned.
- A valid government-issued identity proof may be requested wherever required for refund processing.
Products with the original Ethsol security tag removed, cut, damaged or tampered with are strictly not eligible for return under any circumstances. No exceptions will be made once the original tag has been removed.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For quality, safety and customization reasons, the following products are not eligible for our 5-Day Return Policy:
- Customized or personalised jewellery.
- Engraved jewellery.
- Jewellery that has been resized or modified after delivery.
- Products showing signs of wear, scratches, misuse or accidental damage.
- Products repaired by any third-party jeweller.
- Gold coins.
- Gift cards or digital vouchers.
- Products purchased under final clearance or specifically marked as non-returnable.
- Any item returned without its original certificates, invoice, packaging or required documents.
- Products with missing components or accessories.
- Products where the original Ethsol tag has been removed or tampered with.
Before Opening Your Package
To help us resolve any shipping-related concerns quickly, we strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video while opening your package.
This video serves as proof in case of:
Claims related to delivery discrepancies may not be accepted without sufficient evidence.
How To Request A Return
Starting a return is simple.
Submit Your Request
Email our Customer Care team within 5 days of delivery with:
- Order Number
- Registered Email ID or Mobile Number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Invoice copy
- Product certificate
- Unboxing Video
Policy Review
Our team will review your request and confirm whether it qualifies under our Return Policy.
Reverse Pickup
Once approved, Ethsol will arrange a reverse pickup from your registered delivery address wherever service is available.
If reverse pickup is unavailable for your location, our support team will guide you through the self-shipping process.
Quality Inspection
Every returned jewellery piece undergoes a detailed quality inspection after it reaches our facility.

Ethsol reserves the right to decline any return if the product does not satisfy our return conditions. The Quality Inspection decision shall be final.
Refund Process
- Refunds are initiated to the original payment method wherever possible.
- Bank transfers may be used in specific cases where required.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after successful quality approval.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time, which is beyond ETHSOL JEWEL's control.
Shipping & Processing Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Express delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Gift packaging fees are non-refundable.
- Value-added services purchased during checkout are non-refundable.
- Promotional coupons, discount codes or special offers will be adjusted while calculating the refund amount.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Products
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

International Orders
At present, our standard 5-Day Return Policy does not apply to international shipments unless specifically approved by Ethsol Jewel.
International duties, taxes, customs charges and shipping expenses are non-refundable.
Right To Refuse Returns
Ethsol Jewel reserves the right to reject any return request if:
- The request falls outside the 5-day return period.
- The product fails our quality inspection.
- The security tag has been removed.
- Required documents are missing.
- The jewellery has been worn, altered or damaged.
- Any policy condition has not been complied with.
